Objective
As part of the corporate social responsibility commitment of Grupo Industrial Saltillo (GIS), it was considered to include its employees within a platform where they can acquire the products they offer at a preferential price.
Solution
An analysis was made of the processes and use cases such as product registration, price lists, employees and business units to manage the backend of the ecommerce that was developed.
Additionally, payment methods were implemented by TDC, PayPal or employee payroll.
Once the project was implemented, general metrics such as sales volume, payment methods and order tracking could be visualized.
