Objective

Create a CRM portal for Nova Casa in order to better understand the behavior of its customers as well as segment and detect groups of valuable customers to the company. This way they’ll be able to offer them rewards that incentivize their purchase volume.

Solution

A portal was created where customer databases are hosted and segmented by purchase volume. Based on this data, incentives are given for purchase. We also included all the information needed for efficient customer management as well as human resources.
